It is day 4 of my unofficial retirement and I couldn’t be more confused… or happy! Closing tabs in my brain has been way over due and, much to my surprise, wildly easy.

Just coming off of spending some great days with Dad… I arrived in PDX the day after my last day… and how welcoming it was. Opera first. Then fabulous food, mostly by our own making, and walking good walks, and having heartfelt chats… and many laughs! In a quiet and yet remarkable way, it was the perfect landing from a very long and crazy flight. I am, and continue to be, so thankful that he hangs around on my runway.
